How to play Bell — Use

Step by step, in game or from a command block

  1. Open the chat window in-game, or place a command block with the /playsound command.
  2. Type /playsound minecraft:block.bell.use master @a to broadcast it to every player.
  3. To play it locally for yourself, swap @a for @s — for example, /playsound minecraft:block.bell.use master @s ~ ~ ~ 1 1.

  5. Use a different source (music, weather, block, hostile, neutral, player, ambient, voice, record) when you want the listener's category slider to control its volume.
