Founder's Cape

The Founder's Cape was released for MINECON Live 2019, making it the first cape ever added to the Character Creator. It's an orange colorization of the MINECON 2011 Cape's creeper face design. In the game's files, this cape is called the Minecon 2019 Cape despite being named Founders in the Minecraft API.
